Option #1 – With your initial payment of $99, we send will you the necessary forms that need to be filled out and simple instructions on the filing process. You complete the paperwork and submit it to the court.

Option #2 – In addition to Option #1, instead of filing the paperwork and dealing with the court yourself, send us the completed paperwork with an additional processing fee of $349, and we will review the paperwork and make sure everything is in order. We also take care of submitting it to the court for you.
